Today starts another many months long fitness journey. My buddy and I set a friendly goal to get down below 150 lbs. and pass the FBI physical fitness requirements (link) by April 15th.
Now, the minimal bar set by the FBI isn't easy by any means, but it's a great place to categorize one's overall physical abilities. I'm not going to try to score 100%, but instead meet the minimums and slowly work my way up. This is basically an excuse to push myself harder and have a goal to focus on. Wish us luck!
