Picked up a new toy for my cake day. It's something I've wanted for a long time but never pulled the trigger on. After all, who needs more crap?
So Weber makes a rotisserie adapter for the Kettle, and we are loving it. Yesterday, I tossed some pork chops in there and slow cooked them over oak lumps with cherry sticks. They were brought to 140-ish and then quickly seared at a few million degrees. The lemon pepper rub was spot on too.
My wife isn't a big meat eater, but we both ate these up without hesitation. In our defense, they were pretty damn good.
