While on our journey to eat every living thing in the ocean, today's adventure is a quick and easy one. Swordfish filets with rice are a healthy dinner option and require very little work.
The swordfish itself hit the grill unseasoned and stayed there until it reached ~130 °F internal. The filets were seared shortly after to give it some texture and because seared meat is much prettier. I seasoned mine with only a little salt, pepper, and cayenne.
My wife surprisingly loved it, so these will be visiting my grill much more often.
