So I got down to 15% body fat and 147.7 lbs after two months of strict diet and exercise. Should the next goal be continuing to lower body fat, gain mass, or focus on strength? Clearly it's a very difficult decision.

I looked into the mirror yesterday and immediately thought, "holy crap, I need to gain some weight." The man looking back at me was a bit too skinny. Although, the reaction may simply be that I had dropped the weight of my 5 y.o. from my lard ass and haven't looked in the mirror in a while.

In any case, I'm off to go hit the gym.
