Been a long time since this weight loss journey started. Back then, I was proud of getting all the way down to ~160 lbs.

If it wasn't for my buddy pushing us to get thinner and fitter, I would have simply stopped there. Thankfully I didn't. Now we're both down to ~150 and are kicking ass in the gym. My scale still tells me I'm 17% body fat, but it's a lying sack of monkey shit. We both agree I'm closer to 14%.

Oh, well... Now to work on performance. Currently, I'm doing regular 5-6 mi. runs and can pull off 100 push-ups with a minimal amount of crying. My focus now (before our original April 15th deadline) will be running speed, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Wish us luck!
