It wasn't too long ago that I posted about reaching my "ultimate weight goal" (link). Since that time, I had focused continuing until getting below my wedding weight - which was 153.3. Ideally that would also include increased fitness and muscle tone.

This last week or so, I exceeded expectations and hit 153.0 at my lowest. Now my body is hovering at ~155 and my fitness goals are increasing every week. It feels great to be back in shape again. In fact, I'm fairly certain my body is in better overall condition now than it was in the military half a lifetime ago - just with some slight hair migration from my high up to down low.

The only question that bugs me is, "what now?"
