I listen to the weirdest crap when going for a run. Usually when there's an opportunity to listen to something, it's a podcast, so I can catch up on how awful the world is becoming. However, exercising is a completely different matter. My entire running library is filled with 80's Pop or Russian Techno. There's just something about them that keeps the energy up and your mind focused.

On the other hand, if I were to listen to my usual podcasts like Back to Work, Bill Handel, No Agenda, Security Now, RobinHood Snacks, Planet Money, The Sporkful, The Daily Tech News Show, or the CU Podcast, I'd probably quit running and start drinking instead.
