Nearly one month into the weight loss challenge and already I'm a few points away from our weight goal (150 lbs). Our Withings scale says there is 17.7% fat on me, but I can honestly say by looking at my six-pack in the mirror, that they're full of shit. If my body is hiding 27 lbs of fat, it's not immediately obvious where.

My exercise routine is simply: Weight training 5-6 times a week, run 3-5 miles every few days, and round it off with the elliptical for 45 minutes when a no-impact exercise is needed.

The good news is there is only three pounds left until I can start eating like a normal, fat American again.
